Rabbi Moshe New, Shliach in Montreal Canada and director of the Montreal Torah Center will be this year’s keynote speaker of the Kinus Hashluchim Banquet, which will be taking place here in Brooklyn.
This year’s Kinus will be taking place in less than a month, beginning on the 26th of Cheshvan and going on through the 1st of Kislev [Nov. 3rd – 8th 2010].
